We do NOT charge shipping costs on our items with an order value of 49 EUR or more. Below that, a flat shipping rate of EUR 4.90 applies.

The postal route usually takes three to four working days. You will receive an email as soon as your goods leave our premises. This contains a tracking number with which you can track the shipment online 24 hours after dispatch. Please note: Orders placed during a promotion may have extended delivery times of up to 10 working days, as stated in the promotion terms and conditions and also in the header during the promotion period.
If you have not received the goods one week after the confirmation email, please contact our customer service at email@example.com or on our service hotline +43 1 79510 (Monday - Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 4pm).
When your parcel is handed over to our parcel service, we will send you your consignment number by e-mail. This allows you to always check the current status of the delivery on the parcel service's homepage and to see where your parcel is at the moment.
If the parcel has still not arrived one week after the delivery confirmation and has not been left with your neighbours, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our service hotline on +43 1 795 10.
If, for technical or logistical reasons, it is necessary to send the goods in partial deliveries, we will only charge any shipping costs once. After your purchase you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as the parcels have left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail for each parcel with a consignment number. Whether your purchase is a partial delivery is determined automatically by our ordering system.
We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Deliveries to countries not listed and to SWITZERLAND are unfortunately not possible for customs reasons. To purchase our products in Switzerland, please buy them directly on www.petfriends.ch or www.meiko.ch.
