Yes, because you can use your customer account to manage your individual subscription requirements. Creating a customer account is of course free of charge.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an existing subscription. However, you can cancel a current subscription at any time free of charge (up to 3 days before the next order is placed) and create a new subscription free of charge. To bundle several products in one subscription, simply place them together in the shopping basket and select the desired delivery interval.  

You can choose deliveries at intervals of two, four, six or eight weeks. 

The first delivery is ordered immediately when you take out a subscription. This means that you will receive your first order approximately two to three working days later. 

The products for older cats in our range are specially tailored to their needs. This includes a mineral mix that supports the intestinal flora and helps to maintain a healthy intestinal balance, especially in older cats. 

A gradual change of food is necessary as the cats first have to get used to the new food composition. If the change is made too quickly, there is a risk of digestive problems, diarrhoea and flatulence. Ideally, the transition should take around two to four weeks. Small amounts of the new food are always added to the usual food, while the previous food is gradually reduced. This is done until there is only the new food in the bowl and the change of food has been successfully completed.

From birth, the kitten is ideally provided with mother's milk. From the fourth / fifth week, solid food can also be offered, which the kittens can then take in addition to their mother's milk. The kittens are weaned from the mother's milk from the sixth to eighth week.

Delivery normally takes between five and six working days, delivery time may vary in different countries. During a promotion, an extended delivery time of up to 12 working days may occur.
